Terms and conditions: Classes on site, at your location, will be charged a fee currently $60 (2/1/2024). Any classes that take place within my current location are free of charge up to 3 classes any classes there after will be subject to a $25 convenience fee. Your staff can take advantage of the group rate while scheduling and attend a standing class should space be available. Any additional subjects can be addressed in order to suit your establishment. Note, a full first aid course will be an additional charge. Please let me know if you have these needs. On the day of your on-site class myself and my team, if needed, will arrive approximately 25 minutes prior to the start of class for set up. Any cleaning should be completed prior to my arrival and cleaning after class will be completed by myself/team. Class is expected to begin on time so please schedule at a time that would make this possible for all your staff. Classes may take up to 3.5 hours so please plan accordingly, multiple interruptions will diminish the integrity of the class. Students must complete all areas of the course in order to receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider card. Set up: enough space will be needed on a clean floor or with thigh height tables for 5-10 people. A TV with HDMI connection is preferred but not mandatory. Classes must be scheduled no later than 2 weeks in advance due to current class obligations. On site BLS classes can be scheduled for 3-10 students per class. Classes can be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. All equipment will be provided and maintained by CPR INSTRUCTOR TOMIKA. Any unacceptable use causing damage or missing equipment will be billed to the facility at $194/ adult or child mannequin $140/ AED $30/floor pad. Payment must be made no less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled class or a late fee of $65.00 will be assessed on the 7th day in order to maintain your reservation or class will be rescheduled out 2 weeks from payment. Once payment is made a list of students should be sent to: CPRLady1@yahoo.com in order complete AHA mandatory paperwork. If a student misses the onsite class the student may attend a standing class being held (a list will be provided upon request) No refunds will be provided only an opportunity to reschedule.
